Risen Hillsbrad Peasants are ghouls who, along with 
Risen Hillsbrad Farmers, wander around what is now the Sludge Fields of Hillsbrad Foothills. They will also occasionally spawn in designated spots and attack the Sludge Guards, who kill them.
In another life, these poor souls were Hillsbrad Peasants before they were hunted down by the Forsaken. Those that survived now torment the Human Seedlings buried in the fields. Flesh-Shaper Arnauld wants samples from them and reassures the player it is for purely academic purposes.
