Objectives

Take the Fel Bat to the Tomb of Sargeras and steal the  [Scepter of Sargeras].

• Ruin the ritual
• Escape to Dalaran and meet Calydus

Description

Time for main event, friend! Gul'dan wants to begin his big ritual, cause end times for this world. Calydus confident getting the Scepter will stop that plan.

Take this bat to Tomb of Sargeras, find ritual, steal Scepter. Oh... and get out!

Calydus will help when he can! Good luck, friend!

Use the nearby Fel Bat to fly to the Broken Shore and the Tomb of Sargeras, landing near the ritual.

Gul'dan yells: Ah, the Book is here at least... borne by one whose meddlesome handwork I know well! Come to join the winning side, "hero"?

The area is filled with Aspiring Shadow Council Warlocks, Aspiring Shadow Council Enforcers, Blackfire Imps, Blackfire Shivarra, Blackfire Wrathguard, Blackfire Fel Lords, and Blackfire Assault Mage. Walk up to the ritual where Gul'dan and Allaris Narassin are waiting.

Gul'dan says: You have both done well to acquire these artifacts. Your positions in the Shadow Council are all but assured.

Gul'dan yells: Using the Book, the Eye, and the Scepter, we will amplify this portal and open gateways to countless other demon worlds. The Legion's full might will fall upon this pitiful planet!

Gul'dan walks toward the portal by the Tomb.

Gul'dan yells: I will go through the portal and act as a stabilizing anchor on Argus. You will focus the ritual energy through the scepter, widening the breach and creating a myriad of portals.

Allaris Narassin yells: Uh... great master? Which of us is to wield the Scepter?

Gul'dan stops and chuckles.

Gul'dan yells: Ahh, I only need ONE of you for the ritual. "Discuss" the matter quickly, and be ready...

Allaris Narassin yells: It seems we are to be foes after all. Pity, you would have made an excellent servant!

The fight is very straightforward; use a Voidwalker to keep him focused away from you. Eventually he will summon an infernal:

Allaris Narassin yells: You have yet to experience my true power!

Banish it quickly (which may or may not last the last of the fight) and keep attacking Allaris, who is eventually killed.

Allaris Narassin says: Slain... by a lowborn... how beneath me...

Image of Gul'dan says: Not surprising that you came out the victor. I considered aiding Allaris against you, but your resourcefulness may prove useful. Consider this... a promotion. Do not disappoint me!

Image of Gul'dan says: Let us begin. Take up the scepter and try not to kill yourself with it. It has proven... challenging to control.

Pick up the Scepter of Sargeras, the Destruction artifact!

Image of Gul'dan yells: The time has come! Begin the incantations. Focus the scepter on the altar. Today we usher in the end of this world!

Calydus says: Now is friend's chance! Use altar to summon bad portals, not good ones! Quick!

Use the nearby Legion Altar to ruin the ritual by overloading it.

Image of Gul'dan yells: Fool! Your betrayal only delays the inevitable! I will save a special prison for you when all you know is destroyed and you lie broken before me.

Calydus yells: Quick, quick, through my portal! Flee!

Head back and enter the Demonic Portal, which takes you back to Circle of Wills in Dalaran.
