Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Redesigned as a level 45 talent (was 90): [Conflagrate] increases your [Soul Fire], [Channel Demonfire], [Immolate], [Incinerate], and Conflagrate damage to the target by 25% for 8 sec.
Old: Conflagrate burns the target for an additional (48% of Spell power) Fire damage over 6 sec.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Redesigned as a level 90 talent (was 15): Conflagrate burns the target for an additional (48% of Spell power) Fire damage over 6 sec.
Old: Conflagrate increases your remaining Immolate damage on the target by 25% until Immolate expires or is refreshed.
Hotfix (2016-08-16): Roaring Blaze now increases Immolate damage by 25% (was 50%).
