Rogg is an orc blacksmithing trainer located inside Naros' Armory in Orgrimmar. He keeps mindlessly using his hammer against the anvil. Before the Cataclysm, he was found near Orgrimmar General Store.
He can also be seen in the Siege of Orgrimmar.
After Vol'jin's death, he was standing at the entrance of the armory.
