Royal Guards are blood elves located in the Sunfury Spire in Silvermoon City, serving as the city's elite royal guard. Their aggro is linked with Lor'themar Theron, Halduron Brightwing, and Grand Magister Rommath.

They guarded the bridge in the Court of the Sun during the closing of the remembrance ceremony.^[1]

Notes[]

It was mentioned that many Blood Knights were formerly members of the "Royal Guard," perhaps implying that said individuals upheld similar duties before becoming Blood Knights.
The Royal Guards were curiously not updated following the Cataclysm to level 85 difficulty, let alone for Mists of Pandaria for level 90 and beyond. The level squish to 50 for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands at last brought them up to the appropriate difficulty level.
