Rozzy is a goblin quest giver located on Carapace Ridge in Vol'dun, next to a large fuel tank and an enclosure of Captive Ranishu. She is a member of the nearby Bilgewater Cartel Azerite-extraction crew but headed out to find a power source for the goblins' reconfigulators, specifically in the form of the electricity produced by ranishu.[1]
