Ruined Passage.
The Ruined Passage is a stairway leading from the Pools of Power to the Golden Pagoda, which now lie in ruins apart of the Scarred Vale. Along the stairway is a massive button which unlocks the doorway that continues to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
Stomping on the button will activate a cutscene, which unlike the one in Throne of Thunder can be skipped.
