Rukua is a draenei paladin trainer found in the Temple of the Moon in Darnassus, next to Elissa Dumas and Droha, busy in some kind of conversation with them. She was previously located near Tyrande Whisperwind and Emissary Valustraa.
During the Fourth War, Rukua was encountered at Stardust Spire in Ashenvale by Horde champions who were investigating the area for any weaknesses.[1]
