Rune Chits are potentially found inside 
[Diviner's Rune Chit] items found inside 
[Relic Fragment]-containing objects in Korthia. The chit will either be new to the player, in which case they will gain another of these items, or a [Duplicate Rune Chit], which is junk. See [Relic Fragment] for a map of known locations. Find all twenty for the 
[60] Diviner's Rune Chits quest.
