The Ruqin are a tribe of yaungol raiders that have been harassing the grummles in Kun-Lai Summit. From Fire Camp Ruqin, they've been assaulting the Burlap Trail.[1] Among their plunder are the grummles' 
[Stolen Luckydos], which the Ruqin also seem to believe will give them luck.[2] Like most yaungol, they collect oil, which the grummles have mistaken for some sort of luckydo.[3]
