Russell Brower is a Wildhammer dwarf quest giver in Kirthaven in the Twilight Highlands. He is also one of the few bards in the game. Russell is also one of the dozens of past NPC's encountered by adventurers to assist in killing the elementals at Sethria's Roost.

- Named after Blizzard musical contributor Russell Brower.
- As seen in "Wild, Wild, Wildhammer Wedding", he is capable of healing others through his bard-abilities.
- Russell's line, "Stay a while, and listen", is a reference to a quote commonly spoken by the scholar Deckard Cain from the Diablo universe.
