Samia Inkling in Blade's Edge.
Samia Inkling is a black dragon quest giver located at Evergrove in the Blade's Edge Mountains. She serves Baron Sablemane; the human guise of the black dragon Sabellian.
Along with her master, she traveled to the Dragon Isles. She is found as his quartermaster at the Obsidian Throne in the Waking Shores. In her dragon form, Samia occasionally flies through Valdrakken.
