Sarilus Foulborne is a Forsaken mage sitting at the top of Dreadmist Peak in the Northern Barrens. He filled the Mystral Lake in Ashenvale with corrupted water elementals. As he was the only undead mage in the Barrens capable of defiling this many water elementals, Sentinel Velene Starstrike wanted his head.

While loyal to the Shadow Council, he apparently summoned the water elementals in the name of the Horde. His corruption of the lake survived his fall, and both Horde and Alliance forces had to clean the lake.

•  Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
•  Sarilus's Elementals — Summon 2-3 Minor Water Guardians
