The Scion of Rakjan is a young pterrordax initially found locked in the Beastbreaker Cage in Beastbreaker Hakid's cave on the Crackling Ridge in Vol'dun. He is stronger than most of the other pterrordax hatchlings on the ridge and holds his head high despite the many scars and wounds that mar his body. After adventurers kill Hakid, they use the beastbreaker's key to free the Scion and escort him back to Rakjan the Unbroken at Rakjan's Peak, where he subsequently remains.[1]
