Scooty is a goblin quest giver originally located in Booty Bay. He maintained the teleporter, and claimed to be a "master engineer".
He was missing at the beginning of Cataclysm but it has since been revealed that he was taking the time and energy to move himself and his Gnomeregan teleporter up to Grom'gol Base Camp in Northern Stranglethorn.
