Description
The bigger scorpids to the south, the dunestalkers, are too tough and dry for the tail meat to sell. But I'll tell you what everyone overlooks: the legs!
I won't bother you with all the finer details of scorpid part appraisal, but suffice it to say they sell like hotcakes. Or crablegs. Crabcakes?
Anyway, I don't care what the chefs do with them as long as the money flows. Bring me about, oh, twelve pounds of legs.
