Scout Utvoch is an orc quest giver first met at the Horde outpost of Silverwind Refuge in Ashenvale, listening to Blood Guard Aldo Rockrain give a speech. He later takes a caravan to join the war effort in Stonetalon Mountains, and due to his high rank is sent onwards to Krom'gar Fortress. He is then given the assignment of helping get supplies from the Deep Reaches, but his team is waylaid by problems.

This section concerns content related to Battle for Azeroth.

Following the Burning of Teldrassil, he was encountered by the Alliance inside the Blackfathom Deeps.^[1]

Scout Utvoch says: Few things I like more than killing Alliance.

Sergeant Dontrag says: What could an orc as depraved as you enjoy more than killing Alliance, Utvoch?

Scout Utvoch says: You know I can't resist tauren women, Donty. They're my one weakness...

Sergeant Dontrag says: You are a sick, sick orc, Ut.

He apparently cannot resist tauren women.
This character is probably a reference to the character Private Utivich from the movie Inglourious Basterds.
