Patch changes

• Patch 9.1.5 (2021-11-02): Name changed from To Modernize the Provisioning of Azeroth, the use line changed from "Discover several Alliance flight points around the Eastern Kingdoms." (previous version unlocked only flight paths), and the icon changed. If character have used this toy before patch, they must reuse new one for map revealing.
