Triggers at Terminus. Go up the ramp and head left for the northern bomb first, and work your way to the southern bomb. You can mount up and leap for land from the platform here. The area immediately to the south of the bottom of the ramp is the final objective.
You can also use Squadron Commander Vishax's portal for yourself or activate it for others.
