  • Twists fate to provide an opportunity for additional treasure from Legion raid and Mythic dungeon bosses.
  • Total Maximum: 6

Seal of Broken Fate is a currency used for Bonus Rolls in Legion dungeons, raids and world bosses, similar to the use of Inv misc coin 17 [Elder Charm of Good Fortune] or Inv arcane orb [Warforged Seal] in previous expansions. Only three may be bought weekly, but more may be acquired by other means up to a maximum of 6 seals.

Weekly quests[]

Players may choose the weekly quest route, choosing from either gold or Inv orderhall orderresources [Order Resources] currencies to exchange for a Seal. The same currency may be used more than once, but each exchange will cost double the amount as the previous exchange in the same currency.

Gold:

  3. N [45W] Sealing Fate: Immense Fortune of Gold (4,000g)

Order Resources:

Class Hall[]

Class Hall Missions[]

Raid Class Hall missions reward a Seal of Broken Fate as a bonus loot. These seals do not count towards the 3 seal a week cap.

Work Orders[]

Some classes can choose a 5th tier Class Hall Order Advancement upgrade to generate a Seal of Broken Fate once a week for 25 Order Resources. This seal counts towards the 3 seal a week cap.

Timewalking[]

Removed from game The subject of this section was removed from World of Warcraft in patch 8.0.1.

Completing the weekly quest during a Timewalking event in Legion rewarded 1 seal and did not count towards the 3 seal a week cap.

Nether Disruptor[]

Seal Your Fate[]

When the Nether Disruptor is active there is a chance that Seal Your Fate will be the buff it provides. Maggie "Slither" Masterson will offer a quest for a Seal of Broken Fate each day the Nether Disruptor is active.

Fate Smiles Upon You[]

When the Nether Disruptor is active there is a chance that Fate Smiles Upon You will be the buff it provides. Failing to win an item with a bonus roll has a chance to refund the spent Seal of Broken Fate.
