Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Removed.
Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Second Shuriken damage increased by 200%.
Hotfix (2016-09-23): Second Shuriken chance to activate increased to 30% (was 10%), damage increased by 30%, and now deals 200% additional damage while Stealth or Shadow Dance is active.
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added.
