Seer Kazal was the bonus event quest giver. Once the player's garrison reaches Tier 2, Kazal will be added, sitting outside the Town Hall. Prior to Legion, he offered the bonus event's accompanying quest once the event started. Until the player had built their garrison shipyard, he did not offer Quest:The Time to Strike when that event was active.

- Hotfix (2016-01-20): Fixed an issue where Seer Kazal may not appear in the Garrisons of recently boosted characters during a Bonus Event.
- Patch 6.2.3 (2015-11-17): Valor added to rewards. A Shattered Path Through Time added. Timewalking events set into separate rotation inside bonus events rotation. (Previous quest schedule rotation: Emissary of War, The Very Best, A Burning Path Through Time, The Time to Strike, The Arena Calls, A Frozen Path Through Time, A Call to Battle)
- Hotfix (2015-09-01): Fixed an issue where Seer Kazal could sometimes not appear correctly in the Garrisons of new level 100 characters.
- Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23): Added.
