It is an exclusive choice node with [Serrated Bone Spike] for Assassination and with [Ghostly Strike] for Subtlety.

Hotfix (2023-05-12):
- Fixed an issue that caused Sepsis' buff that enables use of a [Stealth] skill to be cancelled by [Deathmark] when copying [Garrote].
- Fixed an issue that caused Sepsis' buff that enables use of a Stealth skill to be cancelled by [Ambush] when a [Blindside] proc was available.
Hotfix (2023-05-08): Fixed an issue that caused Sepsis to be unaffected by Assassination's [Mastery: Potent Assassin].
Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Now grants 1 use of a Stealth ability immediately, in addition to its previous effects.
Hotfix (2022-11-22): Fixed an issue that prevented Sepsis from being correctly affected by [Adrenaline Rush]'s reduced global cooldown modifier.
Hotfix (2022-11-08): Fixed an issue that prevented Sepsis from benefitting from Mastery.
