Right now we have <number collected>, but the Warchief has tasked me with the gathering of 80000. As you can see, I'm a little short.

Various Commendation Officers for the factions of the Horde are located in all of the major cities; speak with the one with whom you'd like to raise your reputation, and give them the number of signets they ask for!
