Serpentshrine Lurkers are fungal monsters located in Serpentshrine Cavern. They are similar to the first boss of Underbog, in that they spawn mushrooms you have to stay away from. Don't stand near those when they're blowing up. Note that they can be banished.

Poison Bolt Volley — Shoots poison at an enemy, inflicting Nature damage, then additional damage every 2 sec. for 8 sec.
Rancid Mushroom — Causes Rancid Mushrooms to grow near the target.
