Pre Burning Crusade the following First Kills occured.
Onyxia's Lair
Onyxia was first Killed by Aeternitas † (Alliance).
Molten Core
The First Ragnaros kill was achieved by Aeternitas † (Alliance).
Blackwing Lair
Nefarian was first killed by Aeternitas † (Alliance).
Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj
Ossirian the Unscarred was first killed by Aeternitas † (Alliance).
Temple of Ahn'Qiraj
C'thun was first killed by Drakonia † (Alliance).
Naxxramas
Dagordacil (Horde) with Four Horsemen has made the furthest Progress, followed by Klein aber Oho with Gothik the Harvester (Alliance). The Spider Wing, Plague Wing, Deathknight Wing and Abomination Wing has been cleared so far, but Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad remain untouched. This may be because of the Late Release of Naxxramas and the Server Online Date and because of the lack of Interest to Raid Naxxramas after the Release of Burning Crusade. However, Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad have been slain by an (Alliance) random Raid at Level 70.

Karazhan
The first Nightbane and Prince Malchezaar kill was made by Carnivores † (Horde).
Gruul's Lair
The first Kill of Maulgar was achieved by Aenigma Excitus † (Horde). Gruul was also first downed by Aenigma Excitus † (Horde).
Magtheridon's Lair
First Kill of Magtheridon was achieved by Dagordacil (Horde).
Serpentshine Caverns
First Kill of Lady Vashj was done by Dagordacil (Horde).
Tempest Keep
First Kill of Kael'thas Sunstrider was done by Dagordacil (Horde).
Mount Hyjal
First Kill of Archimonde was done by Dagordacil (Horde).
Black Temple
First Kill of Illidan Stormrage was done by Family Affair (Alliance).
Zul Aman
Dagordacil (Horde) archieved the First Kill of Zul'Jin.

Just to remind, this is not a FULL List, it only matches those who are progressing upwards Magtheridon. There are a few other Guilds who are not Raidguilds. You may find a few Casual Player Guilds on this Server who did clear Karazhan and Gruul's Lair.
