Nathrezim is a Mountain Time PvP server that has been available from day one. The server has an extensive history of poor hardware performance, though issues have dramatically decreased with the hardware upgrades implemented in preparation for the Burning Crusade expansion.
Nathrezim lags behind other "day one servers" as far as guild progression is concerned, collectively due to the excessively unstable state of guilds on the server and a decreasing pool of endgame players. Prior to the expansion, it was not at all uncommon to find a number of farmers in particular areas of the realm. Exposure-wise, they have now largely been replaced by bots.
Economically, the prices on items in the auction house tend to be lower than most of the servers that have been around as long, but have been known to occasionally skyrocket and remain in that state for vast periods of time.
It is said that the original player-base of Nathrezim that participated in forum chat was unmatched in personality, and that drama was both frequent and (relatively) unrestricted, having attracted locks, bans, blue posts, and mass thread deletion on multiple occasions. The realm had seen a decline in this type of behavior for a while, but now seems to be picking up momentum again.
The realm also has a medium-sized population, which was noted by one server transfer with "so far I <3 this server, its like moving from a medium sized city to some rural middle-of-nowhere place in Kansas."

- Because not every guild reports its progress this list is not always up-to-date. Additional information about a guild may be found by clicking on its self-maintained page (blue links in the table).
