Sporeggar Europe started just before the release of the Burning Crusade. Many guilds of other servers moved to this one to experience renewed RP and build a community.

During The Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King the server maintained a strong population, while still being one of the lower population servers. World PvP and RP thrived. However things changed during Cataclysm, with the departure of raiding guilds and their respective players during Cataclysm and an exodus at the launch of Mists of Pandaria. The server now has the lowest population of all realms.
