Shackle the Unworthy Death knight ability 30 yd range 1 min cooldown Instant Admonish your target for their past transgressions, reducing the damage they deal to you by 8% and dealing (205.275% of Attack power) Arcane damage over 14 sec. While Shackle the Unworthy is active on an enemy, your direct-damage attacks that spend runes have a 50% chance to spread Shackle the Unworthy to a nearby enemy.

Shackle the Unworthy is the death knight class ability of the Kyrian Covenant. It's available to all death knights who join the Kyrian.

This ability is also temporarily available during the Bastion portion of the Shadowlands campaign; it's given by the quest  [51-60] The Archon's Answer and lasts until you finish the Bastion storyline.

Patch changes

• Patch 9.0.5 (2021-03-09): damage increased by 15% and damage reduction debuff increased to 8% (was 5%).
