Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Removed. - Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 25 honor talent to a PvP talent and redesigned. Now reduces Voidform's insanity drain by 100% while stunned, feared, or silenced.
- Old: Having Vampiric Touch on 2 or more targets grants you 3 Insanity every 2 sec. Increases the healing of Vampiric Touch by 35%.
- Old: Having Vampiric Touch on 2 or more targets grants you 3 Insanity every 2 sec. Increases the healing of Vampiric Touch by 35%.
- Hotfix (2017-04-03): Shadow Mania increases the healing of Vampiric Touch by 35% (was 50%).
- Hotfix (2016-09-16): Shadow Mania will no longer continue to generate insanity after you unlearn the talent.
