Shadowgore Bloodmaidens are female eredar who serve Akaari Shadowgore at the Shadowgore Citadel.
One of them traveled to the Legerdemain Lounge in Dalaran disguised as Akaari in order to lead the rogue adventurer and Valeera Sanguinar on a false trail.[1]

Blood Leech — Drains health from an enemy, transferring it to the caster.- Bloodletting Slash — Inflicts Physical damage and causes the target to bleed inflicting additional Physical damage every 2 sec. for 6 sec.

- While Akaari herself wields the Fangs of the Devourer, the bloodmaidens wield daggers with the same model as the mythic version of Nazgrim's Gutripper. This can be seen even with the Dalaran bloodmaiden while she is disguised as Akaari, hinting at her true identity even before she is killed.
