Shai Hu is a jinyu warrior found in Inkgill Ritual Island in Kun-Lai Summit. He was once an elder of Inkgill Mere that was corrupted by the sha when, for unknown reasons, he decided to drink from the newly-corrupted mere and forced many others of the town to do so. Once Waterspeaker Gorai cleansed the mere with an adventurer's help, he had no choice but to send them to kill Shai Hu in order to ensure that the corruption would not continue to spread.
