Sharpshooter's Focus is a conduit for marksmanship hunters. It drops from Huntsman Altimor in Castle Nathria, Mordretha, the Endless Empress in the Theater of Pain, and Dausegne in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
