In The Shattered Halls, as you approach the gauntlet after Grand Warlock Nethekurse, this mob will shout out a warning. He'll run to the end of the hallway toward Blood Guard Porung, and then despawns. About the only time you'll see him up close is if the gauntlet bugs out and resets while you're in the hall or the room after.
