Shatterstone Pick is a quest reward from 
[10-30] Beneath Thrallmar. It is the highest level mining pick in the game as of Cataclysm.
Notes
Originally, this item could still be used as a mining pick although there was no tip in the description saying so. Not being designated in-game as being mining equipment however, meant that it wouldn't fit in Mining bags.
