Shielding Words is a conduit for paladins. It drops from the Sun King's Salvation in Castle Nathria, Hakkar the Soulflayer in De Other Side, and the Guardian of the First Ones in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
