Hotfix (2019-02-12): Fixed an issue that caused [Poisoned Knife] to remove your non-active lethal poison that was applied by Shiv.
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Now costs 35 Energy, and now applies Deadly, Wound, and Crippling Poison to the target.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 37 honor talent to a PvP talent.
Hotfix (2017-07-05): No longer incorrectly provides an increase to [Crippling Poison].
