[Durable Flux]. Horde players can find one, overseen by Myxle "The Searat" Gutwrench at the Terrace of Crafters in Dazar'alor or by Grizvek Gearsnap at Stonefist Watch in Tiragarde Sound after the completion of 
[60] Spare Parts.
Its Alliance equivalent is called the Scrap-O-Matic 1000.
