Shrine of Othaar.
Shrine of Othaar is the main base in Socrethar's Rise where Soulbinder Zamaya communicates with Socrethar. When Anchorite Laanda is discovered to be a spy, he is brought in here to be executed. Although Zamaya is slain, Laanda succumbs to his wounds shortly thereafter.
