Shrine of Scales.
The Shrine of Scales[44, 81] is a naga shrine, dedicated to Queen Azshara, found on Riplash Strand in the southern part of the Borean Tundra. It currently has been overrun by invading Kvaldir killing or enslaving most of the naga within. Veehja is the only known survivor.
