Silvermoon City Inn, located between the Royal Exchange and Murder Row in Silvermoon City, is run by Innkeeper Velandra.
The smaller of Silvermoon's two inns, it also houses a wine merchant, Vinemaster Suntouched, who offers the 
[Suntouched Special Reserve] required to complete the quest, 
[1-30] The Party Never Ends. Vinemaster Suntouched is the only vendor of alcoholic beverages in Silvermoon, as the Wayfarer's Rest tavern does not sell them.
Sangrias Stillblade lies dead on the second floor of the inn, waiting to be resurrected as part of the Blood Knights first trial.
