Silvermoon City Inn, located between The Royal Exchange and Murder Row in Silvermoon City, is run by Innkeeper Velandra.
The smaller of Silvermoon's two inns, it also houses a wine merchant, Vinemaster Suntouched, who offers the [Suntouched Special Reserve] required to complete the quest, The Party Never Ends. Vinemaster Suntouched is the only vendor of alcoholic beverages in Silvermoon, as the Wayfarer's Rest Tavern does not sell them.
