The Skeletal Coast (or the Coast of Bones[1]) was where the Devouring Sea met what is now Shadowmoon Valley.
During the Invasion of Draenor, a force of the Alliance Expedition landed there in order to prepare for an assault on Fortress Shadowmoon.[1]
