Skysong River

The Skysong River is a large river that flows through central Nagrand, forming a natural barrier between the zone's more peaceful southern side and the more dangerous northern side. The river starts out as two separate, parallel streams which flow out of Skysong Lake in the northeast and continue past Gurgthock's Stash and Yrel's Watch before joining into a single river just west of Lok-rath. The river then continues west past the Ruins of Na'gwa and Riverside Post before forming a large, swampy delta between Mok'gol Watchpost and the Ancestral Grounds and finally emptying into the South Sea on the southern side of the Cliffs of Highmaul.

Notes

• The river also exists in the Outland version of Nagrand, where it flows southwest from Skysong Lake into Halaani Basin to join with water from Lake Sunspring, but the name "Skysong River" has never been used in the main universe.
