Skyward Watch
The Skyward Watch [41, 13] lies north of the Shrouded Coast of the Caldera of the Menders in northwestern Forbidden Reach.
The island is occupied by Menial Attendants and Amberfur Slyvern.
The rare Ishyra, the Maiden of Discernment, keeps her watch here overlooking the Shrouded Coast. A Bronze Timekeeper starts the "Caldera Coaster" dragonriding race in a protected spot immediately below where Ishyra spawns.
A Forbidden Hoard occasionally spawns at [40.9, 11.2] inside the tower guarded by five Refti Confiscators.
