Skywing is a quest giver located on the eastern edge of the Bone Wastes of Terokkar Forest. He is an arakkoa cursed into the form of a parrot by Luanga the Imprisoner.
The magical energies released during Skywing's transformation back into his true arakkoa form liberated 
[Miniwing], a fledgling bird imprisoned by Luanga in order to power his fowl curse.[1]
