Snow Blossom is an Omnia Frost-Mage of the Shado-Pan. After defeating her in the arena, players can bring her along to help during their Shado-Pan daily quests. Her cold demeanor belies a sense of humor that manifests in the various ice-related jokes and puns she spouts during battle.
She can be seen with Tenwu of the Red Smoke in the Timeless Isle overlooking the Celestial Court as well as in Celestial Tournament standing next to Weaver Lyra.
