Something Foul is Afoot is one of seven random weekly raid quests offered in Normal/Heroic Throne of Thunder.
Objectives[]
Seek and destroy Flesh'rok the Diseased.

Description[]
You notice a stronger-than-usual smell permeating from ahead. Your stomach lurches as the thick smell fills your nostrils.
You recognize this smell, it's saurok. Rotting, discarded saurok flesh infused with the foul waste of the sewer.

Completion[]
Flesh'rok's foul ooze drains into the stream of the sewer. He's either dead, or at least irreparably damaged as far as you can tell.
Notes[]
This weekly raid quest is offered in the sewers right before Iron Qon in 
[Halls of Flesh-Shaping]. Flesh'rok, as with other weekly quest mobs, replaces the trash mobs that normally spawn in the area.
Frenzied Consumption requires players to stand behind Flesh'rok, as it is a frontal AoE that will heal the mob for every successful attack. Infected Blood inflicts a modest amount of damage to the tank and increases physical damage taken by 10% for 8 seconds. Infected Blood is a disease debuff that ticks for 20k every second, but it also stacks. Rot has a 45-yard radius and inflicts significant AoE damage to the raid.
The fight can become healing intensive, so it is advised to save your more powerful healing cooldowns for later on.
