Sophia Zowski is a human woman who is seen with the Hillsbrad Refugee leadership in Fenris Keep during the quest 
[5-30] No Escape. She accepts Darius Crowley's offer to turn into a worgen in order to be immunized against the Forsaken's Val'kyr necromancy. After the quest is completed, she makes no further appearances anywhere else.

She closely resembles Julie Honeywell, who was the only female NPC in pre-Cataclysm Southshore to be seen wearing mage robes. Sophia has never made an appearance before the Cataclysm, and it is possible that Julie has gone incognito as Sophia.
