- Soul Ash
- A raw source of power found within Torhgast. Used to fuel the Runecarver's Chamber.
Soul Ash is found in Torghast, by defeating the wing bosses found on the final floor of a run.

The first time a layer boss is defeated, it will drop Soul Ash. In an attempt to not force players to run trivial layers, they can skip ahead to higher unlocked layers and loot the Soul Ash from all lower layers. For instance, should a player start off at Layer 3 for their first kill, the layer boss will drop 305 Soul Ash.

Players can earn up to 2080 Soul Ash each week by fully clearing both wings through layer 12.

Soul Ash can be transferred to other characters on the same account by purchasing

Currency for[]
Soul Ash is used to craft and upgrade legendaries with the Runecarver. Higher base-level items require more soul ash, and players can spend the difference in costs to upgrade. For instance, to move from an item level 210 item to an item level 225 item, they will need to spend 1200 Soul Ash.
